Disclosure log

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, ANU is required to publish a disclosure log on its website. The disclosure log lists documents which have been released in response to FOI access requests in accordance with the requirements of the FOI Act. For documents released from 1 January 2021, the disclosure log will contain the documents released under FOI. For access to documents released prior to 1 January 2021, please send an email to foi@anu.edu.au.

Agencies are required to publish details of documents released under the FOI Act within ten working days of an applicant being given access to the documents.

The disclosure log requirement does not apply to documents released under the FOI Act containing personal or business information that GTV��ͬ considers would be unreasonable to publish.

Any advice provided by the University Procurement & Contracts Office, or any other ANU officer, to the authorised delegate in relation to this exemption. Documents confirming the decision to grant the exemption, and any reasons given for this decision. Any communication between ANU and Nous Group Pty Ltd that occurred prior to the date of the exemption request and that relates to the provision by Nous Group of professional services relating to strategic change support. Documents describing the scope of services to be provided by Nous Group and project milestones, as per the original procurement in September 2024, as amended following extension of the contract in December 2024, and describing the services to be provided after the contract was extended again in January 2025. A description of all costs relating to travel and other expenses incurred by Nous Group and not otherwise included in the value of the contract.
