Hi everyone! I鈥檓 Zahra, the Peer Leader for the Academic Literacy Peer Mentors team. I鈥檓 originally from Jakarta (Indonesia) and I'm currently studying a Masters of Energy Change. I鈥檓 passionate about climate change, energy transition, and creating a just and sustainable future. Outside of my studies, I love going for a run at Lake Burley and looking for kangaroos at Stirling Park. I鈥檓 excited to support fellow students in developing their academic skills and navigating university life. I look forward to fostering a collaborative learning environment where we can all grow together!
Elaine

Hi! I'm Elaine and I study the PhB for Humanities and Social Sciences with major in Philosophy and a keen focus on bioethics. I'm originally from Shanghai but I grew up in Sydney, where I spent most of my time reading just about anything I could get my hands on and hanging out with my cat, Pumpkin. As a Peer Mentor this year, I'm excited to delve into diverse fields of research with my fellow students and help them feel more confident in expressing their ideas!
