Election to Council of one Academic Staff Member 

ELECTION RESULT

Following the voting close on Friday the 24th of October, the electronic count was conducted by the Returning Officer and University Governance Office via Zoom videoconference at 4:30pm Monday 27 October 2025, with one nominated scrutineer in attendance.

Following the count, I declare the following candidate elected to ANU Council:

Professor Sasha (Alexander) Mikheyev as the Academic Staff (Faculties) member.

The results of the voting are below:

As this is a casual vacancy, Professor Mikheyev will hold office until 29 September 2026.
